We ship our orders with USPS Priority Mail and shipping timeframes are 1-3 business days. (Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during the holiday season as there may be delays.)
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. We understand that life is busy and that's why we offer up to ten (10) business days (from the time your products are delivered) to contact us for all returns, exchanges, damaged, or lost packages. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love all our scents and products but if you receive one you don't like, no worries. To return or exchange an item(s) please contact us at the email listed above. All returns and exchanges must be unused in their original container and packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable method to mail your return. After receiving and reviewing the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 1-3 business days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Processing timeframes vary by your financial institutions' policies. We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed. DAMAGED ITEMS
We do our best to package our products well so that you will receive them in the best condition. However, we understand occasionally an item may get damaged in transit. Please send your information, order number, and pictures to our contact e-mail listed above and we will be happy to send a replacement at no charge or refund the item(s). Please keep in mind that our products are made with natural ingredients and will melt in excess heat, but will firm up again when taken out of the heat. This should not affect the quality of the products but we advise not to leave packages outside in the weather for extended periods of time.
LOST PACKAGES
Our packages are tracked and insured through our carriers. If your package is undelivered, late, lost, or missing for seven days or more, we must file a claim. In this case, please contact the email listed above with your information and order number. We will send you a replacement or refund your purchase.
